Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Fenton Road Mini Storage, a 57,475-square-foot self-storage facility in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
The sales price was not disclosed.
Zach Munce and Tom Berlin, self-storage investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited-liability company.
Munce and Berlin also secured the buyer.
Fenton Road Mini Storage is located at 7298 Fenton Road in Grand Blanc. It contains 260 storage units along with an office/warehouse building. The purchase price was 98 percent of the listing price.
