Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold a 3,126-square-foot net-leased Arby’s restaurant in Medina, Ohio.
The restaurant nabbed a sales price of $1.038 million.
John Reehil, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was secured and represented by Tyler Ellinger and Tod Jones, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Salt Lake City office.
Arby’s has more than seven years left on a corporately guaranteed triple-net lease.
