Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Tractor Supply Center, a 30,500-square-foot retail property in Elizabethton, Tennessee. The asset sold for $2.075 million.
Dominic Sulo, senior vice president, and Brett Winger, associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an Illinois-based limited liability company.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Winger and Sulo. Financing was obtained on behalf of the buyer by Dean Giannakopoulos, senior vice president, and Frank Montalto, vice president, Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. Jody McKibben, Tennessee Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Tractor Supply Center is located at 203-210 Cherokee Park Drive in Elizabethton. The tenant is a strong corporate guarantee that signed a 10-year lease extension in May 2021 to remain at the property it has occupied since 2007.
