Erin Patton, Scott Wiles a Craig Fuller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Cleveland offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured by Patton, Wiles and Fuller.
Discount Drug Mart Center is located at 1763 East Main St. in Kent. The property is 100-percent occupied and currently anchored by Discount Drug Mart as the dominant tenant. Discount Drug Mart Center in Kent represents Patton, Wiles & Fuller’s 10th investment sale closing of 2014.
