Marcus & Millichap sells 33,381-square-foot retail property in Wisconsin

Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Grand Avenue Shopping Center, a 33,381-square-foot retail property in Wausau, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $1.84 million.

Jared Shapiro, Craig Fuller, Erin Patton and Scott Wiles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland and Columbus offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The buyer, a limited liability company, partnership, was secured and represented by Shapiro, Fuller, Patton and Wiles. Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Grand Avenue Shopping Center is located at 2201 Grand Ave. in Wausau, Wisconsin. Grand Avenue Shopping Center was built in 1957 by the seller’s grandparents. The property was 56 percent occupied at the time of sale by Family Dollar, Firestone and Mary Mother of Good Help.
