Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold Marion Park Apartments, a 35-unit apartment property located in Saint Paul.
The asset sold for more than $1.65 million.
Dan Linnell and Michael Ahles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, the original owner/developer. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Linnell and Ahles.
Marion Park Apartments consists of a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. It was built in 1970.
