Marcus & Millichap sold a 3,524-square-foot Arby’s restaurant in Cambridge, Minn.
The restaurant sold for $1.73 million.
Adam “AJ” Prins, Matthew Hazelton and Mike Marzinske, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual/personal trust.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Ryan Cockerill and Simon Jonna, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office.
