Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of Beard Avenue Apartments, a 36-unit apartment property located in Brooklyn Center, Minn. The building sold for $1.65 million.
Dan Linnell, Josh Talberg and Evan Miller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, a limited liability company, was represented by an outside brokerage company.
