Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold Fairway Flats, a 36-unit apartment property located in Anoka, Minn. The asset sold for $2.56 million.
Brian Klancke and Sean Doyle, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the listing rights to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured by Josh Talberg and Mox Gunderson, apartment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office.
