Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of the Morse & Maize Shopping Center, a 38,837-square-foot retail property in Columbus. The center, which is fully occupied, sold for $3.2 million.
Erin Patton, Scott Wiles and Craig Fuller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Cleveland offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Patton, Wiles and Fuller.
The Morse & Maize Shopping Center is located on Morse Road within the heart of one of Columbus’ prime retail corridors. A 1.2-mile stretch of Morse Road on which the subject property sits is currently undergoing a $20 million revitalization.
