The Barron, Burkons, & Wintermute group, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an out-of-state limited liability company. The team also secured the buyer, a regional limited liability company.
Shadow Hill is located at 300 Derby Lane in Bellevue. The property, comprised of five buildings on 3.69 acres, offers a mix of two- and three-bedroom garden-style units.
