Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Add More Storage, a self-storage facility in Sandusky, Ohio. The facility, which sits on 5.69 acres and includes 401 storage units, sold for more than $1.2 million.
Joseph Holloway and Brett Hatcher, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The investor, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Holloway and Hatcher.
Add More Storage is located at 2908 Venice Road in Sandusky. The facility features units ranging from 64 to 336 square feet, round-the-clock video surveillance and a security gated entrance with perimeter fencing.
