Marcus & Millichap late last year sold Quality Mini Storage, a 41,857-square-foot self-storage facility in Independence, Ohio.

Sean Delaney, senior vice president, and Robert Cook, associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local limited liability company.

The buyer, a California-based limited liability company, was secured and represented by Delaney and Cook. Colby Haugness, Kansas broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Quality Mini Storage is located at 2215 W. Laurel St. in Independence. The fully-concrete facility contains 193 non-climate-controlled units, 10 trailer units, outdoor parking and nine office space units.

A warehouse, also on the property, can be converted into climate-controlled storage, and additional land offers opportunities for further expansion or RV parking.
