Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Days Inn Johnson Creek, a 45-room hospitality property in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. The hotel sold for $2.4 million.
Ebrahim Valliani, vice president investments; Michael Klar, associate; John Yurich, associate; Allan Miller, senior vice president investments; and Chris Gomes, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook, Austin and Dallas offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Jake Erickson and Jared Plamann, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office. Todd Lindblom assisted on the transaction as the broker of record in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office.
Days Inn Johnson Creek is located at West 4545 Linmar Lane in Johnson Creek. The property is located just off the Interstate-94 and Highway-26 interchange and less than one mile from Johnson Creek Premium Outlets. This 45-room hotel has an interior corridor and was built in 1994.
