Marcus & Millichap recently sold Lynn Court Apartments, a 45-unit apartment community in Savage, Minnesota.
Abe Roberts with Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Roberts also found the buyer.
This marks the 20th apartment building that Roberts and the multifamily team at Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office have sold in 2018.
The final sales price was $4.5 million, a premium of nearly 110 percent over list price. The community is located at 4350 W. 124th St. in Savage.
