Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of Hampshire Court, a 45-unit apartment property in Bluffton, Indiana. The property sold for $1.28 million.
Nick Hillard and Scott D. Harris, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a local investor, was also secured by Hillard and Harris. Josh Caruana, broker, assisted in closing this transaction.
The subject property is located at 510 West Dustman Road in Bluffton.
