Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Walter Hill Storage, a 45,350-square-foot self-storage facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, according to Grant Fitzgerald, regional manager of the firm’s Columbus office.

Gabriel Coe and Brett Hatcher, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus, Ohio, office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, and they also secured the buyer in the transaction. Jody McKibben, Tennessee Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Walter Hill Storage is located about 30 miles southeast of downtown Nashville. The facility consists of 273 non-climate-controlled units, four offices, and two apartments, totaling 45,350 net rentable square feet. There are also 82 parking spaces available for rent.
