Marcus & Millichap has sold River Place Center, a 46,960-square-foot retail property in Mankato, Minn. The retail center sold for $6.5 million.
Jason Ladner and Jeff Rowlett, investment specialist’s in Marcus & Millichap’s net lease group, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited-liability company.
The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was secured and represented by Ladner and Rowlett, too. Regional manager Craig Patterson assisted in closing this transaction.
