Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Days Inn & Suites, a 49-room hospitality property in Benton Harbor, Michigan. The asset sold for $2.125 million.

The 49-room, interior corridor, economy hotel is located at 1598 Mall Drive, less than five miles from Southwest Michigan Regional Airport.
