Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Best Western Park Oasis Inn Mauston, a 53-room hospitality property in Mauston, Wisconsin.
Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president and an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured in a 1031 exchange and represented by Valliani, with Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin regional manager and broker of record, assisting in closing this transaction.
Allan Miller, senior vice president, and Chris Gomes, senior managing director, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and Dallas offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Best Western Park Oasis Inn Mauston is located at 1006 WI-82 in Mauston at the intersection of Interstate-94 and State Highway 82. The 53-room property was built in 1994 and spans 4.47 acres.
