Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has sold a 5,325-square foot mixed-use property in Chicago. The asset commanded a sales price of $1.2 million.
Kyle Stengle, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and the buyer, both limited liability companies.
The asset is located at 2058 W. Roscoe St. in Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood 15 minutes north of downtown Chicago’s CBD. The property is a mixed-use building comprised of five apartments and one retail space. The apartments are all two-bed/one-bath units and a three-car garage. There have been many recent updates including a new garage roof, a new coat on the front building roof three to four years ago and new parapet walls.
