Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of The Keep Self Storage located in the Chicago MSA. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Sean M. Delaney, an associate vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office and director of the firm’s National Self Storage Group, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the family, which originally developed the property in the late 1970s. The buyer, a limited liability company, was procured by Delaney.
The Keep Self Storage is located at 7209 Teckler Boulevard in Crystal Lake and will be re-branded as Next Door Storage. Situated on approximately 4.16 acres, the 59,225-square-foot facility is comprised of 541 units and 62 outdoor parking spaces.
