Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of AmericInn Lodge & Suites Sioux City – Airport, a 57-room hospitality property in Sioux City, Iowa.
The hotel sold for $3 million.
Jon Ruzicka, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Ruzicka. Barry A’Hearn, broker of record for Marcus & Millichap in Iowa, assisted in closing this transaction.
