Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Country Inn & Suites West Bend, a 58-room hospitality property in West Bend, Wisconsin. The hotel sold for $3.475 million.
Ebrahim Valliani, vice president investments; Michael Klar, associate; Allan Miller, senior vice president investments; and Chris Gomes, senior managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook, Dallas and Austin offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor and the buyer, also a private investor.
Todd Lindblom assisted on the transaction as the broker of record in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office.
Country Inn & Suites West Bend is located at 2000 Gateway Ct in West Bend. The well-maintained hotel is ideally located along the highway 45 corridor and provides great visibility.
