Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Shoppes at Turnberry, a 59,495-square-foot retail property in Pickerington, Ohio. The center, which includes a Chase Bank outparcel, sold for $5.825 million.

Erin Patton, Scott Wiles and Craig Fuller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Cleveland offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an Ohio-based REIT.  The buyer, a private local investor, was also secured by Patton, Wiles and Fuller with the assistance of Arthur Kaplan, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office.

Located at a corner location at the intersection of State Route 256 and State Route 205 that sees 63,000 vehicles a day in Pickerington, a densely-populated suburb of Columbus, the Shoppes at Turnberry features a mix of national, regional and locaal tenants. Chase Bank, with $82 million in growing deposits, recently signed a lease extension.
