Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Country Inn & Suites Effingham, a 65-room hospitality property located in Effingham, Illinois.
Jon Ruzicka, Jake Erickson, Jared Plamann and Joseph Ferguson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller.
The buyer was procured by Ruzicka, Erickson, Plamann and Ferguson as well. Steven Weinstock, Broker, assisted in closing this transaction.
