Joseph Ferguson, Jon Ruzicka, Jake Erickson and Jared Plamann, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Lake Region Hotel Group LLC. Ferguson and Ruzicka procured the buyer, DLC Hospitality LLC.
Cobblestone Hotel & Suites Devils Lake is located on 3.45 acres at 1801 U.S. Highway 2. Built in 2016, the 36,553-square-foot hotel offers modern accommodations, including a bar and indoor pool. The property draws significant traffic as Devils Lake serves as a hub for outdoor activities, including North Dakota’s largest fishing attraction.
