Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Clarion Pointe Tomah, a 67-room hospitality property in Tomah, Wisconsin.
Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president, and Michael Gantman, associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Valliani and Gantman.
Chris Gomes, executive managing director, and Allan Miller, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers. Todd Lindblom, regional manager, and the firm’s broker of record in Wisconsin, assisted in facilitating the closing of this transaction.
The Clarion Pointe Tomah is a 67-room, two-story Hotel stationed at 2005 N. Superior Avenue, Tomah, Wisconsin. The Property maintains several common area amenities such as an indoor pool with a hot tub, fitness center, laundry facility, gift shop, playground, and a gaming lounge.
