Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of Milaca Park Apartments, a 71-unit apartment property located in Milaca, Minnesota.
The building sold for $3 million.
Dan Linnell, Mox Gunderson and Josh Talberg, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, in conjunction with Paul Davis, Andrew Daitch and Seth Barnett, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Linnell, Gunderson and Talberg. Steven Chaben, Senior Vice President of the Detroit office, assisted in closing this transaction.
