Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Lakewood Apartments, a 72-unit apartment community in Alexandria, Minnesota.
The apartment complex sold for $3.2 million.
Cole Harstad, Mox Gunderson and Dan Linnell with Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a non-profit community development corporation. The listing team also secured the buyer for the apartment community.
