Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Park West Mobile Home Park, a 73-space manufactured home community in Spooner, Wisconsin.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president; Andrew Gorski, associate; and Ryan Engle, senior managing director, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Angelov, Gorski and Engle.
Park West Mobile Home Park is located at 400 Norway Drive in Spooner. Spooner is a city located in Washburn County, about 108 miles northeast of Minneapolis. The area has convenient access to Route 53, Route 63 and Route 70. Positioned just off River Street, the park is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, coffee shops, retail storefronts, and museums lining the streets in downtown Spooner.
