Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has sold Fox Meadows, a 73-unit apartment property located in Whitewater, Wis. The property sold for more than $6.2 million.
Scott Harris, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Matthew Whiteside, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office.
Fox Meadows closed at 95 percent of its original list price. Built in 1985, the 9.26-acre property is located within two blocks of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater campus, one of the closest properties to campus.
