Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Comfort Inn and Suites Black River Falls I-94, a 75-room hospitality property in Black River Falls, Wisconsin.
Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president, and Michael Gantman, associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Chicago Downtown offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, also a private investor, was secured and represented by Valliani and Gantman, with Todd Lindblom, regional manager of the firm’s Milwaukee office and broker of record for the state of Wisconsin, aiding in closing this transaction. Chris Gomes, senior managing director, and Allan Miller, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Comfort Inn and Suites Black River Falls I-94 is located at N6295 Holiday Drive in Black River Falls. The 75-room property was built in 1997 and spans 6.76 acres.
