Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold Mega Foods, a 75,000-square-foot net-leased property in Eau Claire, Wis.
The property sold for $6.65 million.
Jason Ladner and Jeff Rowlett, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, assisted the seller in the sale lease-back of the property. The buyer, a limited-liability company, was also secured and represented by the two Marcus & Millichap specialists.
