Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of CubeSmart Self Storage, a 79,420-square-foot self-storage facility in Comstock Park, Michigan.
Brian Kelly, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus, Ohio, office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, Pogoda Companies, was also secured by Kelly, Hatcher and Coe. Steve Chaben, regional manager and broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.
CubeSmart Self Storage is located at 4150 Alpine Ave. NW in Comstock Park. The new Class-A facility opened in January, 2020, and features 764 climate-controlled units that make up 79,420 net rentable square feet. The facility is situated on 3.25 acres of land and is located just less than five miles North from the heart of downtown Grand Rapids.
