A private real estate investor in Zionsville, Indiana, paid $925,000 for Westlake Shoppes, an 8,250-square-foot retail strip center at 835 Beachway Drive in Indianapolis.
First vice president Jordan Klink of Marcus & Millichap’s The Klink Group was retained as exclusive advisor to market the property on behalf of the seller, a California-based limited-liability corporation. The buyer was self-represented.
Westlake Shoppes is located on an outlot to a Lowe’s Home Improvement store and a Walmart Neighborhood Market directly off Interstate-465. Westlake Shoppes is 100-percent occupied by Leslie’s Pool Suplpies, Penn Station East Coast Subs, Peking Restaurant and Fade to Win Barbershop.
