Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Grant Street Commons, an 84-unit apartment property located in Minneapolis. The building sold for $8.484 million.
Dan Linnell, Mox Gunderson and Josh Talberg, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership.
The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Linnell, Gunderson and Talberg.
