Marcus & Millichap earlier this May sold an 8,500-square-foot Advance Auto Parts lease in Beloit, Wis., for $623,000.
Matthew Hazelton, Adam “AJ” Prins and Terry Jacobs, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property for the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, also a limited liability cmopany, was secured and represented by Prins, Hazelton and Jacobs. Matthew Fitzgerald, broker and regional manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, assisted in closing the transaction.
