Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of Pine Lake & Saddlebrook Apartments, an 88-unit apartment community located in Hilliard, Ohio. The asset sold for more than $4.68 million, which was 99 percent of the original list price.
Michael Barron, Dan Burkons, Josh Wintermute, Richard Lattro and Jordan Marshall, all of the Barron, Burkons, Wintermute Group and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland and Columbus offices,’ were retained as the exclusive listing agents to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a local company, was also secured by the Barron, Burkons, Wintermute Group.
The property is located in the City of Hilliard, which is 15 minutes northwest of Downtown Columbus.
