Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Bliss Point Inn, a 90-room hospitality property in New Buffalo, Michigan. The asset sold for $1.8 million.
Ebrahim Valliani first vice president, and Michael Klar, senior associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represent by Valliani and Klar. Chris Gomes, senior managing director, and Allan Miller, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers. Steve Chaben, broker of record of Michigan, assisted in closing this transaction.
The Bliss Point Inn Hotel is located at 11539 O’Brien Court in New Buffalo.
