Marcus & Millichap recently sold the Lafayette Shopping Center, a 90,500-square-foot retail center in Lafayette, Ind.
The property sold for $4.825 million.
Craig Fuller, Erin Patton and Scott Wiles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Fuller, Wiles and Patton, too. Josh Caruana, Indiana broker of record, also assisted in this transaction.
