Marcus & Millichap recently sold the Comfort Inn & Suites West Chester, a 92-room hotel in West Chester, Ohio. The property sold for $6.2 million.
Alexander Duong, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland office, and Andrew Bankhurst, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.
The buyer, a limited-liability company, was secured and represented by Duong and Bankhurst, too.
