Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of SpringHill Suites by Marriott Midland, a 96-room hospitality property in Midland, Michigan.
Ebrahim Valliani, First Vice President, and Michael Klar, Senior Associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, represented the seller and the buyer, both private investor groups. Chris Gomes, Executive Managing Director, and Allan Miller, Senior Vice President, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Midland is a 96-room, three-story Hotel just off US Highway 10 in Midland. The property is set to go through full renovation to the newest Marriott brand standards.
