Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of La Quinta Inn Milwaukee Airport, a 99-room hospitality property in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $5.9 million.
Ebrahim Valliani, vice president investments; Allan Miller, senior vice president investments; and Chris Gomes, senior managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook, Austin and Dallas offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Valliani, Miller and Gomes. Todd Lindblom assisted on the transaction as the broker of record in Marcus & Millichap’s Wisconsin office.
La Quinta Inn Milwaukee Airport is located at 7141 S. 13th St. in Oak Creek, in close proximity to the General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee.
