Marcus & Millichap sells 999-unit self-storage portfolio in Wisconsin

Marcus & Millichap sold Champion Self-Storage, a 999-unit self-storage portfolio in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $8.975 million.

Sean Delaney, senior vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the portfolio on behalf of the seller and represented the buyer. Todd Lindblom assisted on the transaction as the broker of record in Wisconsin.

Champion Self-Storage Portfolio is comprised of five self-storage facilities all within four miles of each other in Sheboygan.

The facilities are located at:

• W1750 Playbird Road

• 4018 North Highway 42

• 5204 Playbird Road

• 3708 Playbird Road

• N7639 Rangeline Road

The portfolio accounts for nearly half of the available self-storage in Sheboygan. The unit mix is comprised of 65 climate-controlled units, 734 non-climate-controlled units, 18 storage containers, six warehouse spaces and 176 boat/RV parking spaces.
