Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of a 5,156-square foot net-leased Applebee’s property in Rochester, Minnesota. The asset sold for $4.3 million.
Adam “AJ” Prins, Matthew Hazelton, Cory Villaume and Sean Doyle, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The buyer, also a limited liability company, was secured and represented by the same Marcus & Millichap team.
Applebee’s is located at 3794 Marketplace Dr NW in Rochester.
