Marcus & Millichap recently sold a 7,488-square-foot Applebee’s restaurant in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, for $2.9 million.
Jeff Rowlett of Net Lease Property Advisors, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was represented by Matthew Gordon, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office.
The Applebee’s was built in late 2015, and is located at 115 Industrial Drive in Beaver Dam.
