The property sold for about $9 million.
Jason St. John, John Abuja and Paul Tesdal, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property for the seller, a limited liability company. They also secured and represented the buyer, a partnership.
The building is 100-percent leased to Church & Dwight Co., Inc., the parent company of Arm & Hammer, under a triple-net lease structure.
