Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of NAPA Auto Parts, a 7,776-square-foot net-leased property in Columbus, Ohio. The asset sold for $1.669 million.
Dan Yozwiak and Nathan Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer was represented by Joseph Blatner, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Portland office.
The tenant had recently did an early extension on the lease, which provided the buyer security and a long term cash flow opportunity.
