Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of O’Reilly Auto Parts, a 7,225-square-foot net-leased property in Granger, Indiana.
Brennan Clegg, Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Phoenix offices, represented the seller, Tharp Realty Group, in the transaction.
The buyer, a publicly traded REIT, was secured and represented by Brennan Clegg, Mark Ruble and Chris Lind. Josh Caruana, Indiana Broker of Record and Regional Manager, assisted in closing this transaction.
O’Reilly Auto Parts is located at 51059 Bittersweet Road in Granger and opened for business last fall.
